Geoffrey Key




Geoffrey Key was born in 1941 and entered Manchester College of Art in 1958. He was awarded the Heywood Medal in Fine Art, the Guthrie Bond Travelling Scholarship, 1st Prize at the Manchester Academy and 1st. Prize at the Leek Arts Festival in 1992.

Geoffrey Key has enjoyed a distinguished and successful career on both a national and international level and he continues to gain in reputation and stature as more and more serious collectors come to realise that he is one of the greatest painters to emerge from the North-West for a generation.
